Release of Liability Instructions

A Separate Release Must be Completed for Each Participant

The release document contains a liability release for participation at Shamanic Medicine Camp. Please read it carefully as it does affect your legal rights. It is unfortunate that we must have a release, but in this day and age, we have no choice.

Please note:
NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND CAMP WITHOUT A SIGNED RELEASE FOR THAT SPECIFIC CAMP IN OUR FILES.
